1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the applications operated under the Boost IA Optimizer brand, developed by an independent developer operating as a sole trader.
By installing, accessing, or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Applications Covered
- Boost IA Optimizer – PrestaShop module
- AI Search Optimizer (GEO & llms.txt) – Shopify application
3. Service Description
Our applications provide AI-assisted optimization tools for e-commerce stores, including but not limited to:
- Generation of structured data (JSON-LD)
- Creation and maintenance of llms.txt files
- Optimization of product content for AI-driven discovery systems
Features and availability may vary depending on the platform (Shopify or PrestaShop).
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Shopify
- Subscriptions are billed and managed exclusively through Shopify.
- Billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations follow Shopify’s terms.
PrestaShop
- Billing is processed via Stripe.
- A valid license key is required to activate the module.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform-specific policies. For PrestaShop, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the license has not been activated.
5. License and Usage Rights
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your own store(s).
- One PrestaShop license corresponds to one store.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the application.
- Modification, reverse engineering, or extraction of source code is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the applications, including software, branding, design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the developer. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The applications rely on automated and AI-assisted processes. While we aim for reliability and quality:
- No guarantee is made regarding SEO performance, rankings, or visibility.
- AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before use or publication.
- The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
8. Termination
You may terminate your use of the service at any time:
- Shopify: by uninstalling the app from your store.
- PrestaShop: by canceling your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
